All products shipped from us must be in good packing and without any breakage before shipment after inspection. You need to check whether the package is damaged after you receive it.

3 If the logistics information indicates that the package has been delivered, but you check all external doors and other possible locations where the package may have been placed, including porches, backyards, garages, and any areas where the package may have been placed in consideration of potential weather hazards, and then ask anyone who may retrieve your package. Still, no product was found;

If there is any of the above, please take photos or video as evidence immediately and check whether the inner packing is damaged. And make a claim to the logistics operator. If necessary, we will assist you in making a claim.

Order Cancellations

Customers have the right to cancel order before shipping without giving any reason.

The refund period will expire after 7 days from the day on which customers acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by customers acquires, physical possession of the products.

If customers want to return the products to us, customers shall send back the products to our warehouse in the same condition in which it was received. There is no right of return when the packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged and unused state. (Please note that for hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of the product once the plastic bag has been opened, unless the product is found to be defective or broken when it is unpacked)
