What logistics provider do you use to transport my parcel ?

In America, we usually use UPS to ship the dolls. For the accessories, we mainly use USPS.
While in Canada, we mainly adopt the shipping service of FedEx and Canada post.
However, due to COVID-19, we can't deliver to the express store for you to pick up, so we deliver directly to your door.
Please do not worry. Our parcels are privately transported, and the information of the goods you purchased will not be displayed on the outer box.
Therefore, you do not need to worry about the embarrassment caused by anyone knowing what products you purchased.
And our doll is relatively heavy, door-to-door delivery can reduce the trouble you pick up when handling.
